Where can I find a statistic on what percentage of plant agriculture is used for what purpose?
For example, what percentage of plant agriculture is used for human consumption, animal feed, industrial conversion, where would I find these statistics online please?
Thanks Don- do you know where on either of those sites I could find information on use of plant crops by purpose? I knew of the sites but had trouble finding that data at the sites.
